With sadness, we share the passing of Gary Hilton Prows of Somerset, Kentucky. Gary, born on December 14, 1953, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Hilton and Fern Ethel Prows; his sister Linda Hayes; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Farley and Lester Poynter.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Prows (Eldridge); his daughter Sunshine Edwards (Chad); his stepdaughters, Sue Hughes and Amanda Padgett; his sisters, Wanda Farley and Geneva Orcutt (Terry); his grandchildren, Andrea, Andrew, Stephen, Dee, Kaylee and Karmen; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota, Destiny, Britney and Dustin; and his great grandchild Emerson.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Main Chapel (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
