He was predeceased by: his father Gregory Wallace; and his grandparents, Madge and Carl Wallace. He is survived by: his mother Terri Wallace; his wife Autumn Wallace; his daughters, Chloe of Somerset, Kentucky and Millie of Somerset, Kentucky; and his siblings, Derek Wallace, Kayla Davis (Shilah Davis), Trevor Davis (Sandra Davis) and Bailee Autenrieb (Nate Autenrieb). He is also survived by several other family members and close friends.
