She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her parents, James Henry and Ethel Sims; her daughter Geraldine; her siblings, Della Grace Pilkington, Beatrice Farris, Beulah Webb and Rod Sims; her siblings-in-law, Roy Webb, Carl Farris, Dean Pilkington and Emma Sims; and her nephew David Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Miller (Doug) of Somerset, Michelle Jasper (Tony Hawk) of Somerset and Russell Miller (Kim McPherson) of Elizabethtown; her sister Paula Miller (Emery) of London; and her granddaughter Jaden Jasper of Somerset.
Gerry personally requested that, in lieu of flowers, you please make a donation to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, the Ronald McDonald House of Lexington, KY or The Shriners Children's Hospital in her memory.
