He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Withers and Lessie VanHook of Somerset; his sisters-in-law, Linda Withers and Paula Withers; his nieces and nephews, Jann Wright, Billianne Withers, Paul David Withers, James VanHook Jr., John VanHook, Joel VanHook, Laura Meadows and Debra Withers; and his caregiver Hobe.
