She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Daugherty and Sadie Daugherty; her husband Elmer Belcher; her sons, Elmer Belcher Jr. and Jeff Belcher; her husband Burbige Prater; and her siblings, Jack, Jim, Robert Daugherty, Della Rae Daugherty, Magdeline Coleman and Ethel Moore.
She is survived by: her son Ernest Belcher (Katrina); her grandchildren, Lauren Hill (Josh Johnson), Morgan Belcher Loudermilk (Cole), Levi Belcher (Kaelyn Butcher), Amanda Belcher and Lennon Cluney; and her friends, Helen Slone, Susie Harris, Bea, Tater and Molly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
