She is survived by: her children, Randall Glen Payne and Sandra K. Doebler; her grandchildren, Brittany Doebler and Brandon Doebler (Samantha); her great grandchild Mia Doebler; her brother Kenneth Lay; her brother-in-law Arthur Hembree; her caregiver Kim Joiner; her close friend Vickie Anderson; and her pet Coco.
