She is survived by: her husband James Floyd Phelps; her daughters, Connie Vaught (Bill) and Regina Howard (Daniel); her grandchildren, Josh Vaught, Amanda Ballou (Brandon) and Matthew Howard; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Vaught, Ben Ballou and John Ballou.
