He is survived by : his parents, Karen Turpin and Jason Wethington; his significant other Cherish Menken of Somerset; his brother Landen Wethington of Columbia; his aunts and uncles, Chris Wethington (Dorothy) of Junction City, David Wethington (Amy) of Florida, Jesse Wethington of Liberty, Kathy Crowe (Johnny) of Liberty, David Turpin of Hustonville and Jessica Peavey (Josh) of Liberty; his grandparents, Gail and Bill Wethington; and his pet Cujo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
