She is survived by: her children, Sheila Perkins, Ricky Slaven (Sherry) and Terry Baker; her grandchildren, Jessica Slaven, Kelsey Slaven, Nicholas Slaven and NaRika Gray; her siblings, Hazel Dancy and Ronnie Sullivan (Linda); and her brother-in-law Rusty Flynn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
