He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra "Tootie" Salama and Karen Allen; and his children, Seth, Eric Atwell, Lorae Singleton of Somerset and Jacklyn Evans of Bardstown. He is also survived by spouses, his 10 grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
