Tarter of Somerset, Kentucky, born in Hamilton, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tarter and Jean Roy Tarter; his son Dusten Ray Isbel; and his brother Jerry Tarter. He is survived by: his fiancée Arleen "Cookie" Isbel of Somerset; his children, Josh Tarter (Steffine Isbel) of Somerset, Jackie Faye Carrender of Bronston, Mariah Isbel of Dayton, Steffine Isbel (Josh) of Somerset, Tiffany Isbel of Somerset and Ashley Seibert of Ohio; his siblings, Danny Tarter (Tiffany) of Mississippi, Mike Tarter of Somerset, Phyllis Kidd (Jeff) of Somerset and Tammy Dick (Morris) of Somerset; and his close friends, Skip Bell, Donna Bryant, Randy Calhoun and Junior Keith.
