He is survived by: his wife Glenda Phelps; his children, Jackie Randall Phelps (Stephanie) of White Lily, Jamie Phelps of White Lily, Jennifer Viars of Somerset and Jessica DeBord (Richard) of Woodstock; his siblings, James Floyd Phelps (Irene) of White Lily, Lloyd Raynold Phelps (Peggy) of Somerset, Don Richard Phelps of Somerset and Elva Faye Mounce of Somerset; and his grandchildren, Samantha Blevins, Hunter Phelps, Josh Mincey, Brittanie Hines, Jimmy Goldson, Ashley Phelps, Kaeona Barron, Joshua Inabnitt, Lukas DeBord, Owen DeBord and Kolson DeBord. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and former co-workers.
