He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kenneth and Hallie Virginia Rhodus (Green); and his brother Wendall Green Rhodus. He is survived by: his wife Maze Rhodus (Brinson); his sons, Samuel Leo Rhodus (Carrie) of Florida, Jeremy Hadden Rhodus (Kristie) of Georgetown, Christopher Ryan Rhodus of Georgia and Nicholas Martin Rhodus (Becky) of Danville; his stepchildren, Mindy Miller (Jerry) of Burnside, Jenny Cook (Eddie McQueary) of Burnside and Doug Bray (Jennifer) of Strunk, KY; his siblings, Dr. Nelson Leo Rhodus of St. Paul, Minesota and Rebecca Sue Rhodus of Lexington, KY; his former wife Suzanne Hadden of Lexington, KY; his close friend Ted Tolar; and his pet Juliet. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
