He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maxey and Norma Wyatt Maxey; and his brother Michael Wayne Wyatt. He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Maxey of Somerset, Emery McKinley Maxey (Carolyn) and Roy Lee Maxey (Michelle) of Burnside. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
