She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Shaw and Marilyn Lewis Shaw. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Toole; her son Benjamin "Benji" (Christy Cox) of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Benjamin and Sophia Cox; her brother Kim Shaw (Donna) of Lexington; her nieces, Allison Commings (Ryan) of Lexington and Meredith Howell (Aaron) of Elizabethtown; and her uncles, Don Shaw of Campbellsville and Dick Shaw of Lake Forest. She is also survived by three great nieces and one great nephew, numerous cousins and friends.
