She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Smith and Elsie Gillispie Smith; her siblings, Ruth, Virginia, Mary Lou, Charles "Junior", Eugene, James "Billy", Ishmael "Sonnie" and David; her son-in-law Charles "Roger" Smith; and her granddaughter Rachel Elizabeth Dew.
She is survived by: her children, Lorretta Smith of Somerset, Linda White of Oklahoma and Brian; her grandsons, Tanner Smith (Amber), Caleb Smith (Bryanna) of Kentucky, Chuck, Chad and Preston White of Oklahoma; her children, Steven Smith (Brenda), Randy Jo Ross, Tracy Shell and Jennifer "Prissie" Bradford (Tommy); her grandchildren, Hailey Brit (Justin), Jessica and Krista; and her great grandchildren, Schylar, Gracelynn, Reese and Mylee.
