He is survived by: his mother Lois Ann Phelps (Young); his wife Tonya Phelps (Placke); his children, Logan Phelps (April) and Chandra Young (Don); his grandchildren, Wynter "Weebus" Mason, Hunter, Mason, Sawyer and Theodore "Bear" Phelps; his brother Rodney Todd; and his aunts and uncles, Bert (Arlene Young), William Phelps, Janet (Don Spangler) and Virginia (Darrell Whitaker).
