He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Ellen" Stigall Perkins of Somerset; his son Geoffrey Joseph Perkins of Lisbon, OH; his granddaughter Makinsey Perkins of Somerset; his siblings, Johnny Perkins (Nellie) of Somerset, Dwight Perkins of Somerset, Ben Perkins of Somerset, Virgil Perkins (Pam) of Somerset and Peggy Stigall (Russell) of Somerset; and his mother-in-law Sarah Stigall of Somerset. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
