She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford P. Hamilton, Sr. and Edna Gibson Hamilton; her husband Hoyt L. Stringer; her siblings, Mary Elizabeth Young, Bennie Newell and Sanford Parker Hamilton, Jr.; and her brothers-in-law, Leonard Whitis, Carroll Newell, Ralph Muse and Kenneth Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Lou Keith of Franklin; her sisters, Ann Muse of Somerset and Evelyn Whitis of Eubank; Mollie Hamilton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.
