He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred William Forbes and Juanita Stogner Forbes; his wife Linda Forbes; and his sister Geneva Wiley. He is survived by: his children, Cory Forbes (Janet) of Texas, Nicholas Forbes of Somerset and Emily Wilson (Josh) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Autumn, Ainsley, Parker Forbes, Austin, Tucker, Brayden Paul, Charlie Wilson and Annalynn Forbes; his siblings, A. W., Mike, Kenny Forbes and Judy Boyd; and his caregiver Ashley.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
