He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Gossett and Christine Troxtle Gossett of Somerset, Kentucky.; his grandmother Emma Godsey-Gossett; and his brother John Gossett. He is survived by: his children, Jesica Hines and Travis Gossett (Stephanie); his stepchildren, Jeremy Carrender, Amy Smith (Chris) and Tiffany Roy (Roger); his grandchildren, Caleb, Christina, Ashley, Harper, Pryor, Reagan, Austin, Abagail, Madison, Paislee, Kelsey, Hannah, Savannah, Peyton and Logan; his great grandchildren, Carson and Yanileyci; and his siblings, Joe Gossett, James Gossett (Margaret), Stanley Gossett, Mary Gossett, Betty Casada (Donald), Emma Sexton, Jackie Stephens (Shawn), Martha Jassmane (Steven) and Margaret Haynes (Josh).
