She was predeceased by: her father William Michael Bullock; her husband Timothy Brian Roberts; and her grandparents, Albert, Virginia Bullock, James and Bernita Meece.

She is survived by: her mother Barbara Bullock; her sister Amy Bullock (Joel Keefe); and her parents-in-law, Tim and Allison Roberts. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family of Jessica Roberts has requested expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Somerset Pulaski County Humane Society.
