She is survived by: her children, Mark Bruin (Jennifer), Jimmy Bruin (Melissa Ping) and Susan Calfee (Paul); her grandchildren, Mackenzie Bruin, Kelsie Frye, Emma Calfee, Morgan Bruin and Ashtyn Bruin; her siblings, Eddie Hargis, Brenda Peel and Linda Turner; and her close friend Gwen Marcum. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Denham Street Baptist Church (400 Denham St, Somerset, KY 42501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or The Alzheimer's Association.
