He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lay; his daughters, Marlene Pollitt of Somerset and Jeannie Smith (Rick) of Brown Co; his brothers, Orville Lay and Jackie Lay; his grandchildren, Mike Pollitt (Wendy) and Phaedra Smith; his great grandchildren, Brittany Fox (Michael), Danny Lee Richter, Lillie Pollitt and Persephonie Webb; and his great great grandchildren, Aiden and Noah Fox.
