It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe T. Isaacs of Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Isaacs and Ruth Isaacs (Avera); and his siblings, Barbara Meece, Eleanor Helton and David Isaacs.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Epperson Isaacs; and his children, Harold Isaacs (Patti), Beverly Gill (George), Kenneth Isaacs (Joan), Karen Owens (Robert) and Rebecca Foreman (Chris). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
