He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce L. Tomlinson Crabtree; and his siblings, Leonard Wayne Mullins, Charles Richard Calder and Vickie Lou Calder. He is survived by: his father Leonard Crabtree; and his wife Melissa Brotherton Crabtree of Bronston, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and his fur baby.
