He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maynard and Brookie Perry Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lykins Maynard; his grandson Hayden Christopher Roberts of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky; his daughters, Theresa Maynard of Lexington and Dr. Kelly Rae Maynard of Lexington, Kentucky; and his siblings, Steve A. Maynard of Wayne County, Betty Jean Adkins of Parsons and Milla Flaugher of Proctorville, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
