He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Waters and Ida Waters (Dick); and his siblings, Larry Waters and Beulah McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Glenna Waters (Copenhaver); his son Scott Lloyd Waters (Alisha) of Somerset; his siblings, Jesse Waters (Eunice) of Cincinnati and Mary Black (Larry Dean) of Eubank; and his grandchildren, Maci Tomlison (Cody) of Somerset, Brayden of Somerset and Tayler Waters of Somerset.
