He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Katie (John) and Joe (Mary); his grandchildren, Cody (Abbie), Dillon (Mary), Kristen (Kyle) and Alexa (Ian); and his great grandchildren, Cohen, James, Mathieu, Isla and Ellie. He is also survived by father figure for his younger brothers.

The family requests that any donations be made to The ALS Association in memory of Patti Adelmeyer.
