She is survived by: her father Harrison Wells; her husband Willie Cook; her daughters, Patricia Cook of Somerset, Tiffany Renee Cook (Michael Bidwell) of Jamestown and Stacey Cook (Jacob Gabe) of Paducah; and her grandchildren, Alexis, Nevaeh, Bailey, Aubria, Rylan, Hunter and Jaxson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
