She is survived by: her daughter Donna Jacquelyn "Jackie" Nelson; her grandchildren, Lana Mayfield (Fredrick), Jennifer Gover (Bruce) and Daniel Nelson; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Nelson (Faith), Jessica Nelson and Justin Mayfield; her great great grandchildren, Juno Nelson of Somerset and Jovie Nelson of Somerset; her nephews, Bob (Charlene), John Detherage of Louisville, Elon Thomas (Betty) of Crossville and Gary Stevens (Patrice) of Louisville; and her niece Marsha Murphy (David) of Wilmore.
