She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford McDowell and Nola McKee McDowell; and her brothers, Denver McDowell, Howard McDowell, Dean McDowell of Ronnie McDowell, J. C and Jerry McDowell.
She is survived by: her husband D. C. Muse; her children, Jerri Palmer (Dale) of Somerset and Dave Muse (Dana) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Aaron Palmer (Katie) of Somerset, Josh Palmer of Louisville and Savannah Muse of Richmond; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Palmer, Nola Palmer and Wendy Palmer; and her sisters-in-law, Pam McDowell and Pat McDowell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or God's Food Pantry (any food items may be dropped off at the funeral home).
