She is survived by: her children, Jessica Popplewell Bumm (Eric) and Jared Popplewell (Leslie); her grandchildren, Lilly, Kinnett, Sophia and Presley; her great grandchild Lennon; her brother Carter Koger, Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Caroline Koger, Bill Withers, Brian Withers and Deanna Withers.
