He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie M. Turner and Della Marie Rodgers Turner. He is survived by: his wife Pam Latham Turner; his children, Carey Sanders (John) of Lexington, Kentucky, Maquel Deckard of Springdale, Arkansas, Garrett "G. L." Turner (Samantha) of Lexington, Kentucky, Tracy McCrystal (Rick) of Somerset, Kentucky and Davin Roberts (Lindsey) of Somerset, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Ann Marie, John Clayton Sanders, Belle, Piper, Emma, Kora Turner, Kent Dalton (Sarah), Katie Coggin (Zack), Connor and Caine Roberts; and his sisters, Gwynette Sullivan (Ronnie) and Carla Brockman. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Somerset-Pulaski County Alzheimers Respite Center or Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
