He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harris and Flora Price Harris; his wife Shirley Harris; and his siblings, Versal, Ray, Chet, Wayne Harris, Alta Taylor, Grace Spruill and Hulda Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Delana Harris and Darwin Harris (Lisa) of Somerset; and his granddaughter Shelbie Harris of Somerset. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
