He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Lewis and Patsy Brock Lewis of Bledsoe, KY; his siblings, Bobby Lewis of Bledsoe and Gina Pope (Jonathan) of Richmond; his niece Jessica Lawson (Zac); his nephews, Dustin Lewis (Kelsey), Derek Lewis and Jonathan Michael Pope; his children, Dranon, Cenedra Dunn and Somerset; and his aunts, Ann Woods, Rose Tolliver and Nancy Harris. He is also survived by caregivers who were like father.
