He is survived by: his wife Lana Frye Perkins; his son Kyle Lewis Perkins (Tara) of Mt. Washington, KY; his granddaughter Lucy Marie Perkins of Mt. Washington, KY; his mother Roberta Perkins of Jabez, KY; his sisters, Lanna Draughn (Hiram) and Janna Gaines (Marty) of Jabez, KY; and his aunts and uncles, Roger Perkins (Freda) of Russell Springs, KY, Kendall Polston (Velma) of Somerset, KY, Norma Ramlow of Russell Springs, KY and Janice Decker (Ronnie) of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
