He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Worley; his children, Lee A. Cook (Katlin) of Somerset, Virginia Waddle (Stephen) of Somerset, Betty Sue Street, Princess Wilson (Danny) of Somerset, Dollie Stafford of Somerset and April Decker (Stacey) of Eubank; and his sister Martha Katherine Cook of Somerset. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
