She was predeceased by: her parents, Grayson C. Mitchell and Wanda E. Fitzgerald Mitchell (Billie "Eugene" Myers Sr.); her former husband Jimmie Paul Chandler; her siblings, Roberta Mounce, Lulabelle Mayfield, Eugene, Norton, Luther, Roy and Russell Mitchell; and her aunt Wilma Floyd Girdler.
She is survived by: her son Gary Wayne Chandler (Sandra) of Lexington; her siblings, Brent Wayne Mitchell (Carrie) of Chicago, IL, Jim Mitchell (Beverly) of Somerset, Inez Jones of Somerset and Elsie Roberts of Somerset; her grandson Brian Patrick Chandler; and her great grandchild Alice Renee Chandler.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Gideon Memorial Bible Fund.
