She is survived by: her parents, Ronald and Em Tarter; her brother Dr. David; and her nieces and nephews, LeAnn Tarter, Emmaleigh Tarter, Avery Tarter, David Lewis Tarter, Ethan Tarter and Elijah Tarter. She is also survived by her family in Vietnam and other relatives and friends.
