She was predeceased by: her parents, Zella Turpin and James "Jim" Turpin; her siblings, Timothy Turpin, Junior Collins, Wayne "Jim" Collins, Harold Turpin, Gerald Turpin, James D. Turpin, Barbara Ann Collins, Margie Turpin and Betty Foster; and her niece Brandy Turpin-Perkins.
She is survived by: her husband David Phelps of Eubank, KY; her daughter Gynger Phelps (Tony) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Tristan, Tucker Langford, Ethan Mills of Somerset, Jillian Langford of Somerset and Addison Langford of Somerset; her siblings, Steve Turpin (Kathy) of Somerset, David Turpin (Teresa) of Burnside, KY and Juanita Wilkerson (Bob) of Paris, KY; her nieces, Tammy Collins and Stephanie Turpin; and her friends, Gerry Lynn Calhoun and Sharon Ping. She is also survived by MANY other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
