She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Wininger and Maggie Wininger (Cox); and her son Steven Douglas Randolph. She is survived by: her husband E. Randolph; her son Kevin David Randolph (Jerrilyn); her friend Katherine Hamm Wesley; her granddaughters, Jessica Richards (Alex), Samantha Poynter (Zach) and Peyton Hislope (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Elijah Richards, Malachi Richards and Ezekiel Poynter; and her brother Herschel Wininger (Edith). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Main Chapel (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
