She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Black and Bonnie Girdler Black; her husband Bob Burns; her son Gary M. Burns; and her siblings, Edgar Black, Jack Black, Paul Black, Martha Black, Dorothy Warren, Mary Owens, Elizabeth Denham, Ralph Black and Gerald W. Black.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lee "Bobby" Burns (Patty) and Judy A. Gibson of Somerset; her grandsons, Jared Gibson (Caitlyn) of Middlesboro, KY and Blake Gibson (Autumn) of Somerset; her great grandchildren, Caroline Gibson, Andrew Gibson and Matthew Gibson; and her brother Charles Black of Newcastle, IN. She is also survived by sisters, and Garnella Howell of OH; extended family, church family and neighbors.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or Gideons Memorial Bible Fund in memory of Margaret Burns.
