She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Young and John C. Young; and her husband Denver M. Barrett. She is survived by: her children, Marianne Schroer (John) of Franklin and David Barrett (Paula) of Alpharetta, Georgia.; her grandchildren, Carly Jewell (Brandt), Luke Schroer, Matt Schroer (Jodi), Amy Beal (Dennis), Rachel Barrett, Erik Barrett, Sarah Morelli (Marcus) and Jake Morton (Tricia); and her great grandchildren, Owen Schroer, Stetson Beal, Ellie Morton, Stella Morton and Luca Morelli.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Somerset First Baptist Church's Project 58:10 ministry that provides meals for indigent children and supports youth and children's music, and local missions.
