He was predeceased by: his father Charles Haynes; and his brother Virgil Matthew Haynes. He is survived by: his mother Anna Lee Bray Haynes; his children, Marcus Haynes of Somerset, KY and Destiny Haynes of Danville, KY; his brothers, Albert Haynes (Barbara) of Somerset, KY and Luke Haynes (Holly) of Somerset, KY; and his grandson James Alexander Wallace II.
