We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 78, Marvin Smith of Somerset, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruice Smith and Mildred Neal Smith; his daughter Angela Smith of Somerset; his brother Melvin Smith; and his sons, James, Robert and Mike.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Tracey Smith (Kim) of Somerset and Tonya Wesson (Josh) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Summer Smith of Somerset, Austin Smith of Somerset, Brandon Watkins of Somerset, Michael Watkins of Somerset, Paige Watkins of Milan, IN and Jasmine Rollins of Somerset; and his brother Gene Smith of Lexington. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel of Morris Hislope Funeral Home (5900 US-27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
