She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Coggins and Patricia Thompson Coggins; and her siblings, Timothy Coggins and Sara Coggins. She is survived by: her husband Randy Rowe; her daughters, Brittney Rowe (Austin Sluder) of Somerset and Charity Rowe of Lexington; her granddaughter Khloe Parsons; and her brother Scott Coggins (Bobbi) of Burnside.

The family asks in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the College Fund for Khloe at Citizens Bank.
