She is survived by: her parents, Harold Helton and Ruth Couch Helton; her husband Doyle Howard; her son William Landon Howard (Hannah) of Somerset; her stepsons, Matthew Howard (Kerry) of Richmond and William Doyle Howard Jr. (Kristy) of Smith's Grove; her stepgrandchildren, Mattie, Kenzie, Kaden, Sammy, Joey, Drew, Frankie and Tucker; her brothers, Harold Helton Jr. (Tonya) of Somerset and Mike Helton of Hazard; and also Rhnea McDaniel (Kenny) of Louisville, Kentucky.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
