He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralston Crutchman and Theresa Crutchman (Ledbetter); his sister Sharon Deleando; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Powell, Bill Southerland, Gary Southerland and Larry Southerland.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jewell "BJ" Crutchman (Southerland); his stepdaughter Tammy Wallace; his son Michael Crutchman; his stepdaughter Christy Denney; his daughter Erica Crutchman; his brother Gary Donahoo; and his grandsons, Allen Roy, Bryan Denney, Jordan Maybrier and Tyler Wheeler. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Pulaski Funeral Home in memory of Mr. Michael Allen Crutchman.
