He is survived by: his mother Lavona Sullivan of Russell Springs; his daughters, Kelsey Sullivan of Yorktown and Lindsey Damron (Joshua) of Edmonton, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Clayton and Madilyn Damron; his brother Dwayne Sullivan (Mattie) of Russell Springs, Kentucky.; his close friends, Margaret Sullivan of Russell Springs and Becky Barnes West of Russell Springs, Kentucky.; and his pet Blondie.
